Wood and Paper exhibitions in Vietnam 2023 - 2024

According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, Vietnam’s wood and paper export turnover in 2022 is estimated at 16,928 billion USD, up 6.1% compared to 2021. In which, the export of wood and wood products is estimated at 15 $85 billion, up 7%.

The wood and paper industry of Vietnam has made a significant contribution to the development of the economy. In the current international integration context, experts believe that Vietnam’s wood and paper industry has a lot of room and potential for development, but it is also facing many difficulties and challenges.

In order to promote the development of the wood and paper industry, Vietnam organizes many exhibitions every year. Below are the upcoming wood and paper exhibitions in 2023 and 2024.

1. Vietnam Wood – Vietnam International Woodworking & Furniture Accessories, Hardware & Tools Exhibition

The 15th Vietnam Wood will take place on 4 days from Wed., 20.09.2023 to Sat., 23.09.2023 in SECC – Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center.

Vietnam Wood is Vietnam’s leading woodworking exhibition, endorsed by EUMABOIS for over two decades. It showcases advanced technologies and solutions in primary and secondary wood processing, surface finishing, accessories, and smart automation. Organized by VINEXAD, YORKERS, and co-organized by HAWA under the Ministry of Industry & Trade, the event aims to modernize Vietnam’s furniture and woodworking industry with intelligent supply chain upgrades.

2. VIFA EXPO – The 15th Vietnam International Furniture & Home Accessories Fair

Continuing the success of the previous 14 fairs with the trust and companionship of hundreds of leading Vietnamese and foreign export exhibitors, VIFA EXPO 2024, organized by Lien Minh Company, will take place on the New Dates at New Venue.
With the time taking place from 26 February to 29 February 2024 at Sky Expo Center Hochiminh.
VIFA EXPO 2024 is the pioneer fair in Asia’s largest Furniture Fair chain 2024. Including prestigious names in the market such as VIFA EXPO (𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟵/𝟮), IFEX Indonesia (29/2-03/3), MIFF Malaysia (01-04/3), EFE Malaysia (05-08/3), CIFF China (18-21/3 & 28-31/3).

3. HawaExpo – Hochiminh Export Furniture Fair

HawaExpo will be held from March 6 – 9, 2024 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center – SECC and from March 7 – 9, 2024 at World Trade Center Binh Duong.

HawaExpo 2024 will be the largest and only Export Furniture Fair in Vietnam, organized and linked to the March furniture trade shows of ASEAN countries and China. With a combined capacity of nearly 3,000 booths, twice the size compared to 2023, the trade fair will effectively cater to the exhibition needs of all businesses while significantly attracting international buyers through a well-executed marketing strategy, backed by a tripled budget compared to previous years.

4. Paper Vietnam Expo 2024

Paper Vietnam – The International Exhibition on Pulp and Paper Industry is one of the most grand and significant event in Vietnam. In the purpose of promoting Vietnamese paper Vietnamese papermaking equipment, exchanging technology and creating a direct link between local and foreign enterprises, the show has already successfully been hosted for six times since 2011. Now it plays an active role in promoting the communication and development in the industry, and has been well recognized by the whole industry in Vietnam and other countries.

Paper Vietnam Expo 2024 will be held from June 12 – June 14, 2024 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center – SECC.
